Fodor's Review:
The Grand Summit hosted Katie and Matt and NBC's Today show during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, so if you tuned into the games you've probably seen this luxury hotel at the base of the Canyons Resort. Nearly every room opens to a view of the mountains, and you can walk out of the upper lobby right onto the Flight of the Canyons Gondola. During ski season ask about the "ski free" package when you stay here. Pros: Legions of employees help you navigate this large resort. Luxury accommodations with mountain views. Cons: Ongoing construction in the area can be disruptive.
