Fodor's Review

Stop at this replica of a frontier town and see buildings that were actually used on movie sets dating as far back as 1924 (Deadwood Coach). A long list of classic westerns, sci-fi, and other genres requiring barren scenery ensued, the most recent being the 2001 movies Planet of the Apes and Evolution. TV shows filmed here include The Lone Ranger, Six Million Dollar Man, and How the West Was Won. Photos lining the walls provide

a fascinating glimpse of the familiar actors who once came here on location. An all-you-can eat buffet is served up on tin plates and cups.
