Fodor's Review:

Stuffed animal trophies and hundreds of business cards and photographs from customers line the walls at this barbecue joint. Specialties include mesquite-smoked beef, pork, turkey, and chicken, and a sauce with no fewer than 15 secret ingredients. Try homemade peach, apricot, or cherry cobbler if you have room for dessert. Breakfast is served, too.
