Beaver Dam Wash Review
Utah's lowest point happens to mark the convergence of the Colorado Plateau, the Great Basin, and the Mojave Desert. In this overlapping of ecosystems you'll find a large diversity of plants and animals, especially birds. In the southern part of the wash stands the greatest concentration of Joshua trees in the area. To get here, take Route 18 north of St. George and turn west onto Route 8, the paved road that runs 12 mi through Santa Clara.
