You may never want to leave this comfortable inn, where every room has vaulted ceilings, thick carpets, cushy throw pillows, Roman shades, oversize windows, and sleeper sofas, as well as a large balcony or patio overlooking either the Virgin River or the pool. The pool area is exceptionally well landscaped and fully equipped, with a double-size hot tub and a shower-and-rest room block. Pro: Spacious, condo-like rooms. Con: Fills up early during high season.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful as is the view from the back patio. All you have to do is walk out your back door to see the mountains up close. The town has a free shuttle up and down the main street and there is a convenient shuttle bus that takes you around inside Zion NP. This is particularly good because it avoids the severe traffic jams that occur in other NP's, and you don't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get a ride.
