Two ambitious restaurateurs set out to re-create authentic ultra-thin pizza from Naples, and did they ever succeed. Using an oven, flour, cheese, and other ingredients shipped from Naples, they make a dozen kinds of pizza (including margherita, quattro stagioni, and Bianca) that hold their own against the best of the Old Country. Don't look for pasta or poultry, just pizza and salad. Move over, New York City: Settebello might be the best thin-crust pizza anywhere outside of Italy.
