Red Lion Hotel Review

With its ‘70s-era architecture, this triangular high-rise is best judged by its interior, not its facade. Rooms have a warm feeling, with dark colors and thick fabrics, and some have chaise-type sofas. Business travelers will enjoy the spacious desks. On the south end of downtown, it's not a long walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center and EnergySolutions Arena, but it's not particularly pleasant either—especially in winter. The downstairs bar and top-floor restaurant–bar (called the Sky Bar) are both popular among locals and airline crews.
