Fodor's Review:
This mid-size but spacious hotel is airy and inviting, with mountain views, and offers easy access to nearby canyons. It's in Salt Lake's Research Park, home to biotech giants and University of Utah-affiliated research facilities. One of the city's major attractions, Red Butte Garden, is nearby. Pro: Close to hiking and biking trails. Con: Inconvenient to downtown.
