Fodor's Review

You're enveloped in exotic aromas the minute you step into this dark, intimate restaurant that shares a massive parking lot with a Walmart. Enjoy good Indian standards, including the softest naan and the spiciest of curries, tandoori dishes, and lots of vegetarian options. There's a selection of domestic and imported beers as well as traditional teas and tea-based drinks. Although the service is extremely attentive, prepare for a longer meal—or call ahead for takeout.

Best Restaurant in Utah County!

For years now, Bombay House has been the best restaurant in Utah County. The food is always great and the tastes are exotic. The attentiveness of the service is always great. And the price is right. No reason not to go, unless you are currently out of the state. The Salt Lake location uses the same recipes and when I ate there, gets the same review.

Most arrogant staff in Salt Lake City

For all you Salt Lakers, forget the long lines & rude behavior of the front desk. Drive to Royal India in either Sandy or Bountiful for a much, much, much more polite culinary experience. The food & service at Bombay House is abysmal. You'll not be disappointed by the extra drive to Royal India. (FYI, the Bountiful branch has yet to receive its beer license. Go to Sandy to quench your thirst. I drink but I now go to the Bountiful site b/c my

favorite chef transferred from the Sandy location).
