Ichiban
Ichiban Review
This is one of the most interesting dining destinations in town. It's set in a former church, complete with exquisite stained-glass windows, vaulted ceilings, and a modernized, feng-shui-inspired interior. The specialties include both classic sushi as well as multilayered Americanized interpretations, some with hot chilis, or with esoteric, locally inspired combinations. You can order some fine cold sakes, and there's a full bar.
