One of the city's most bustling trattorias is tucked into the corner of a former Firestone Tire shop. The menu of house-made pastas includes handmade gnocchi and spinach- and ricotta-filled ravioli. Tiramisù is a favorite dessert. The deco-style pressed-tin ceiling, open kitchen, bas-relief trim, and banquette seating create an urban, artsy atmosphere, which complements the top-notch service, food, and wines.

This is one of the best restaurants in Salt Lake. First the food is superb with each and every dish better than the next. The service in this restaurant should be a lesson to all the other restaurants in the city, you feel like you are in New York, LA or Vegas being served by people who actually understand how to properly take care of the customer and who actually have dined somewhere besides fast food.
