Owner Valter Nassi has been one of Salt Lake's favorite chefs for two decades. This trattoria is one of the city's most bustling dining destinations, tucked into the corner of a former Firestone Tire shop. The menu of house-made pastas includes handmade gnocchi and spinach- and ricotta-filled ravioli. Tiramisu is a favorite dessert. Great Food and Fantastic Service

This is one of the best restaurants in Salt Lake. First the food is superb with each and every dish better than the next. The service in this restaurant should be a lesson to all the other restaurants in the city, you feel like you are in New York, LA or Vegas being served by people who actually understand how to properly take care of the customer and who actually have dined somewhere besides fast food.

The finest ciao chow in Salt Lake City

Walter Nassi's takes pride in his establishment which features both traditional Tuscon fare and regional specialties. Superb ingredients and attention to preparation combine to make this a top choice for Italian in Salt Lake City. The option for 'half orders' also allows for variety at reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Vitiello benissimo

The service and attention was reasonable, though the dining area is a bit noisy. Presentation and quality of fare, variety of the menu are clearly better than most. As close to quality NYC Italian as I have experienced in Utah. Il sig. molto bene Don Nassi, ma il ristorante deve essere più pacifici fare la giustizia al pasto. Ciao, Paolo

Mr. Valter (Nassi) will hug you twice....

Authentic and high quality Tuscan-style menu. Valter Nassi is an old-world gentlemen who makes all his customers his personal product. Very good food and service; I wish the wine list was more extensive.
