From its inventive cuisine to its minimalist design, owner Karen Olson's restaurant is chic in every way. Menus veer from Asian-fusion to regional Rocky Mountain fare. You can usually walk in and get a seat at the curved bar or a bar table and order from a small bistro menu. But for the full experience, reserve a table and put yourself in the culinary team's capable hands with the daily tasting menu. Service here borders on choreography—synchronized, yet unobtrusive. The wine list is the best in the city.

Valient attempt at edgy cuisine but can't quite pull it off. Odd combinations of ingredients seemed thrown together with nothing to really pull the dish into a cohesive concept. Wine list was nothing remarkable. Service tried hard but was clumsy at times. Overall, a disappointing experience for anyone who regularly seeks out great restaurants. If you've dined at the better rated restaurants in California, Chicago or New York (or, for that matter, Boston, Portland, Seattle, or Atlanta) I'd urge you to skip this one or go in with very low expectations as to the food.

Although the atmosphere and the service were well done they couldn't make up for what the food lacked! We walked away totally disappointed!
