Lacquered wood-and-marble tables, comfortable chairs, and warm colors give the Tea House's three small dining rooms a welcoming look and feel. At lunch, ask for a dim sum menu and simply mark your choices, or wait until servers walk by with small dishes or bamboo baskets of all the Cantonese-style classics, from steamed pork buns to crunchy chicken feet. Dinner menus are more formal, offering traditional Peking duck, spicy Szechuan-style chicken with green beans, and other authentic, regional Chinese favorites. Don't miss the steamed sea bass with ginger.

The best Dim Sum east of San Francisco. A great hole in the wall place, yet very clean and friendly service.
