Fodor's Review

This subterranean, clubby bar, café, and restaurant with its modern continental menu, starched white tablecloths, stained-glass ceilings, and rounded banquette seating offers great people-watching potential. If you feel like indulging, try the filet mignon or the rack of lamb. The café–bar area has a lower-price, more casual menu. You'll usually find a crowd of loyal locals, including power-lunchers mingling and having a good time.
