Park City and the Southern Wasatch Restaurants

350 Main Brasserie

Updated 05/05/2014

Fodor's Review

Chef Michael LeClerc is known for innovative entrées like black pepper–encrusted venison medallions with blackberry-shiitake jus, roasted beets, and cranberry-orange marmalade. With an emphasis on local, organic ingredients, this Old Town restaurant has verdigris-toned furniture and a rust-tint ceiling. It's warm and inviting after a day on the slopes.

Excellent Appetizers, Okay Entrees

The main entrees are pretty unusual..nothing I've ever seen in other restaurants (and trust me..I've eaten at a great majority of the famous restaurants in Los Angeles). I noticed a section of the menu was for health-conscious diners, citing the number of calories of some of the entrees. I ordered the ceviche appetizer and can't say enough good things about it! It was out of this world! I'm drooling just thinking about it. It was a pretty upscale

restaurants (as are many of the restaurants in Park City). I would definitely go back here again. Also, the chocolate cake desert in phyllo dough was unusual, and delicious! Definitely give 350 Main a try!

Get the Same Great Food at their Bar!

Locals and insiders know you can order from their menu at the attached bar (The Spur). Live music nightly and a warm environment is another alternative to the wonderful atmosphere at the restaurant.
