Owner-chef Kent Andersen serves freshly made pastas, meat dishes, and seafood. The macadamia nut-crusted halibut and duck in tart cherry reduction sauce are popular choices, and the large wine list is impressive. A pianist, a single red rose decorating each table, and views of the Utah Valley and Wasatch Mountains through wide windows make this the place for a romantic meal in Orem.
