Glitretind Review

Wood trim, cranberry tablecloths, crystal glasses, hand-painted china, and fresh-cut flowers set the scene for executive chef Zane Holmquist's creative dishes. Sample specialties like wild-game chili, a medley of buffalo, elk, wild boar, and spices. Every major wine-growing region is represented among the more than 800 selections, and artistic desserts provide a perfect finish. You'll be tempted to make an all-day affair out of the Sunday brunch.

    Glitretind Review

This was our second trip to Glitretind. The second was even better than the first. I had the Elk tenderloin ($49)and it was as good as any filet I've had. It came with a couple of sides which you usually don't get at a restaurant of this caliber. Don't skip dessert!I had "textures" and it may have been the best I ever had. This is a remarkable restaurant, just don't go if you're on a budget.
