Owned by Robert Redford, and one of five restaurants in the Sundance family, this "Western chic" eatery is housed in an old train depot at the base of historic Main Street, and still has worn wood-plank floors. When the weather is warm, the sunken patio is a perfect place to enjoy seared Utah trout or braised short ribs. The wine list leans heavily on California's Napa and Sonoma valleys. We had a great meal here! Be sure to get a reservation or be prepared to wait. My wife had the ribs and I had the filet and they were both wonderful. Atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I WILL be back!
