In a refurbished train depot at the end of the Heber Valley Railroad, chef Dean Hottle serves comfort food with a twist. Almond and chive-crusted red trout, cedar plank–roasted salmon with organic couscous, grilled pork tenderloin, and maple-mustard-barbecued baby back ribs are local favorites. Flowers fresh from the garden add to the elegant country ambience. Whatever you do, leave room for dessert; the black-bottom banana-cream pie is to die for.

A really great local restaurant 15 minutes from Park City but definitely worth the drive. Thoroughy relaxing and very enjoyable!
