Hobble Creek Golf Course. The canyon setting at this affordable course east of Springville makes for a beautiful day, especially in fall when the hills explode with color. Golfers rave about the views and warn of tricky greens. This course is consistently rated a favorite among the public courses in Utah. Reserve at East Bay. The 18-hole championship course wends around the beautiful shoreline of Utah Lake and wetlands, with excellent views of the Wasatch Mountains and the chance to spot birds along the way. The 7-hole Executive Course is great for beginners and juniors, and is walk-on only.
