Fodor's Review

You can camp at all three recreation areas on Bear Lake, but with 178 sites, the campground at Rendezvous Beach on the southern tip of the lake, is by far the largest and most developed. The Willow, Cottonwood, and Big Creek campground loops are closest to the water, and Birch is set back slightly. It also has hot showers, which are a nice luxury after a cold plunge in Bear Lake. Plus, you can rent a boat on-site.
