Welcome to the oldest remaining saloon in Utah, in operation since the 1880s. From the dollar bills pinned to the ceiling to the stuffed head of a 300-pound Saint Bernard on the wall, there's something to look at in every corner of this tavern. The menu doesn't stray far from beer and burgers—many consider those served here to be among the best in the country—and you can't beat the frontier bar atmosphere.
