Strange-looking "hoodoos" rise up from the desert landscape 12 miles north of Hanksville, making Goblin Valley home to some of the weirdest, goblin-like rock formations in southeast Utah—hundreds of them, with a dramatic orange hue. Short, easy trails wind through the goblins, which delight children.
