Indian Canyon Scenic Byway

Indian Canyon Scenic Byway Review

The Indian Canyon Scenic Byway is the section of U.S. 191 that climbs up out of the Helper vicinity, cresting at Indian Creek Pass at an elevation of 9,100 feet. Then it begins a long descent into the Uinta Basin area, ending at Duchesne. The 43-mi route takes you through canyons, over plateaus, and into the heart of the geology and natural beauty that make up this part of Utah.
