Hell's Backbone Grill

Fodor's Review:

One of the best restaurants in Southern Utah, this remote spot is worth the drive from any distance. The menu is inspired by Native American, Western Range, Southwestern, and Mormon pioneer recipes. Chef-owners Jen Castle and Blake Spalding use only fresh, organic foods that have a historical connection to the area. Because they insist on fresh foods, the menu changes weekly. Their cookbook is a gem worth owning, too.
