Fodor's Review

If you're traveling between Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon national parks, don't miss this wonderful lodge with a fireplace in the great room and a remarkably good restaurant on the premises, right on scenic Highway 12. A pristine pond on the pastoral grounds is a sanctuary for ducks and other waterfowl; horses graze in a meadow opposite. Large rooms with balconies or patios offer gorgeous views of the wetlands.
