Capitol Reef Café Review
For standard fare that will please everyone in the family, visit this unpretentious eatery. Favorites include the vegetable salad and the flaky smoked or grilled fillet of rainbow trout, and the breakfasts are both delicious and hearty. A handful of vegetarian offerings—including mushroom lasagna—make for a refreshing break from beef and beans. A surprisingly expansive beer and wine list makes for an out-of-town dining experience.
