Canyon Hike Review

June to August, a ranger-led tour of the Queen's Garden or Navajo Loop Trail, stopping at multiple points along the way, explains the amphitheater's features and formations. The hike is 2–3 miles long and takes two to three hours to complete.

    Canyon Hike Review

The Navajo Trail/Queens Garden Trail make a good loop through varying terrain. The train is not very difficult, but the elevation and lack of shade can be brutal. Sun, rain, or wind can make the hike more demanding than it looks. Be sure to take water, sunscreen, a hat, and windbreaker.
