Fodor's Review

Set among towering pines, this historic lodge, 2 miles south of the park entrance, is the featured place to dine within the park. Designated as a certified Green Restaurant, the menu includes organic, regional foods with choices ranging from Utah trout and prime rib to creative vegetarian-friendly entrées. A beer and wine selection includes Utah microbrews. No reservations are accepted, so you may encounter a wait.
