Fodor's Review

Set among towering pines, this rustic old lodge, 2 miles south of park entrance, is the featured place to dine within the park. The menu changes each year, but always uses organic, regional foods. The menu emphasizes local choices such as Utah trout and ranges from prime rib to vegetarian-friendly quinoa primavera. A beer and wine selection includes Utah microbrews. No reservations are accepted, so you may encounter a wait.
