Hoodoos Galore: Bryce Canyon attracts visitors for its hundreds, if not thousands, of brightly colored, limestone spires, more commonly known as hoodoos.

Famous Fresh Air: To say the air around Bryce Canyon is rarified is not an exaggeration. With some of the clearest skies anywhere, the park offers views that, on a clear day, extend 200 mi and into three states.

Spectacular Sunrises & Sunsets: The deep orange and crimson hues of the park's hoodoos are intensified by the light of the sun at either end of the day.

Getting into the Zone(s): Bryce Canyon's elevation range—2,000 feet—is such that it spans three climatic zones: spruce/fir forest, ponderosa pine forest, and pinyon pine/juniper forest. The result is a park rich in biodiversity.
