Canyonlands by Night Review
Operating from April to October, take a two-hour boat ride on the Colorado River after dark. While illuminating the canyon walls with 40,000 watts, the trip includes music and narration highlighting Moab's history, American Indian legends, and geologic formations along the river. You can combine the boat trip with a Dutch-oven dinner, too.
