Depot Entertainment District

Depot Entertainment District Review

Barbecues, breakfast, breweries, and a darn good time can be had in Lubbock's Depot District, built around an old railroad depot. Pub entertainment, grub, and good conversation are on tap in this buzzing area. It feels a little outlawish, too, because Lubbock is a mostly dry city, where beer, wine, and liquor can't be sold except by the glass. There are upscale restaurants, a live theater, and dance halls. La Diosa serves up atmospheric fun and dispenses boutique wines from this area. The district's also a good place for shopping.
