Apple Country Orchards Review
Make like Dorothy and enter this refreshing 6,000-tree, 30-variety apple grove. The fruit is pick-your-own (during July when the apples ripen) and so fresh no one will want to chuck a single one. The apples you bring back are just a dollar a pound. There's also a bakery serving apple-centric pastries and a cider mill (try the apple spice wine). Each September you can celebrate the beloved fruit during the orchard's Apple Butter Festival, a mix of live music and kids' activities.
