The Museum of North Texas History
The Museum of North Texas History Review
This University of North Texas museum collects the lore, legend, and lure of Wichita Falls, and helps visitors understand this Old West town through rotating exhibits. One charming 2008 exhibition, for instance, is "Aprons," complete with actual frontier specimens. This museum is intensely, delightfully local.
