Fodor's Review:

Each morning here begins with OJ and coffee delivered to your split-timber and riverstone cabin. You can relax the day away or join the ranch crew for two daily horseback rides, swimming, fishing, tubing on the Medina River, and even lessons in the Texas two-step. Rates include two horseback rides per day. Children's programs are offered during summer (June to August). Pros: Access to the Medina River, fun and friendly staff. Cons: Some rooms not as well maintained as others, activities are set each day, meal-times in the dining room are the only chance to eat.

  • In-hotel: tennis court, bar, children's programs (ages 3-6), pool, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi hotspot.
