The menu at this family-owned restaurant features dishes directly from the Rhineland (bordering the Alsace Lorraine region between Germany and France). It has, of course, standard schnitzel, but the sauerbraten (a Rhineland sweet-and-sour version of roast beef) and Hühnerfrikassee (chicken fricassee with mushroom sauce) are among the favorite house specialties.
