People-watching has never been so inviting. From the small bistro tables in the front of the narrow wine bar you can sip a glass of wine and nibble on crisp crab cakes while watching the passersby. The dinner menu also has much to offer. Blackened sea scallops with andouille sausage has a nice Cajun twist. Salads are fairly sizable and not your plain-Jane variety. The Texas Cobb, for example, has spicy grilled shrimp and slices of grapefruit.
