Fodor's Review:

Chef Patton Robertson has brought haute cuisine to his home town and created quite a buzz at this self-proclaimed "Texas fusion" restaurant. Look for beef tenderloin tacos with tangy guacamole, perfectly grilled salmon with caramelized shallots and a grapefruit and lemon brown-butter sauce. The shrimp and grits, a classic Southern dish, has a vivid spiciness and perfect texture.
