Guadalupe River State Park

Fodor's Review:

This park gives some of the best public access to the shady cypress tree-lined Guadalupe River, a great spot for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. In the winter, fly-fishing fanatics have a top opportunity to land rainbow trout stocked here by the state each year.
