Brownsville Children's Museum

Brownsville Children's Museum Review

For those traveling the Valley with young children (under 9), a welcome refuge from the heat and sun is this museum for tots, and the adjacent Costumes of the Americas Museum. At the children's museum, kids can play on interactive exhibits with local flavor, like a shrimp boat and a lighthouse. There is a big playground outside. Under the same roof, the costumes museum displays more than 400 indigenous costumes from all over the Americas and is free with paid admission to the children's museum. It is especially delightful for little girls.
