During a weekend here, a visitor will hear English and Spanish spoken in the same incomprehensible sentence, will eat some combination of Mexican food, barbecue, and seafood in obscene quantities, will see someone wearing flip-flops to a fancy restaurant, and will wonder aloud,"Does the wind always blow this hard?"
