Formerly known as Sunset Station, the Espee Pavilion is now a premier special events location for concerts, events, and private celebrations. It is a neighbor to St. Paul Square, a collection of restaurants, shops, and bars. The name came from the Southern Pacific Train Depot, shortened to the S.P. -- Espee. The historic original Sunset Station train depot is one of the venues, a gorgeous, well-preserved turn-of-the-20th-century building that will reopen as the 1902 Nightclub in late 2021.
