Fodor's Review:

Known for upscale takes on Texan fare -- rattlesnake fritters, quail with chorizo and grits, bison tenderloin -- this restaurant in the Hyatt Hill Country Resort also has lighter options like chili-dusted ahi tuna steak. The centerpiece of the elegant dining room is a huge chandelier with more than 500 naturally shed pairs of antlers. The dress code requires collared shirts for men and equally polished "dress resort wear" for women.
