Frederick's
Frederick's Review
Chef Perrin marries French and Asian cuisine to create some fantastic fusion dishes in relaxing yet romantic surroundings. Seafood is a particular standout, especially the truffle-baked sea bass and curry-crusted red snapper—both fine examples of complex flavor and stylish presentation. French staples such as veal tenderloin and rack of lamb have been jazzed up with Asian flourishes. A deep wine cellar offers many choices to complement your meal.
