Chef Perrin marries French and Asian cuisine to create some fantastic fusion dishes in relaxing yet romantic surroundings. Seafood is a particular standout, especially the truffle-baked sea bass and curry-crusted red snapper—both fine examples of complex flavor and stylish presentation.
