Ruth's Chris Steak House Review
It's a mainstay in almost every convention town, but you can't go wrong with this upscale purveyor of fillets and T-bones. The menu's à la carte approach allows you to mix and match to your heart's content, but be wary of tab creep. Try a cowboy rib eye for a truly flavorful cut or venture outside the norm for the seared ahi tuna.
