San Antonio's Riverwalk Vista Review

What began as a wholesale grocer's warehouse in the mid-1800s is now one of San Antonio's most noteworthy boutique hotels. The feeling in the hotel is of a converted loft—hardwood floors, exposed-brick walls—with heavy South Texas influences. Many rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on Alamo Plaza or the River Walk. All rooms have slate-tiled walk-in showers. The location can be noisy, particularly on Saturday nights. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, so guests have to unload and park at a garage down the street (which doesn't offer in-and-out rates).
