Fodor's Review:
The bistro is named Vatel, the chef is named Watel, but no matter how you spell it, this up-and-coming spot takes fine French dining to new levels in its elegant dining room. You can go with the reasonable prix-fixe option (lunch is a steal) or mix-and-match entrées such as succulent duck breast or tempura lobster tail with a range of salads and sides. Daily blackboard specials take advantage of the freshest foods and never fail to surprise.
