Fodor's Review:

On Houston's near northwest side, this hotel is 5 mi from the Galleria mall and 7 mi northwest of downtown. It's 100% smoke-free, rooms have luxury linens, and there's a hot breakfast buffet every day. Pros: spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Cons: neighborhood not walkable, lack of shopping/dining options in immediate area.

Stayed here for 1 night [March 2007]. The room was large and quiet, even though I faced the light rail.
High speed internet was good.
There was really no place to eat dinner in the immediate area other than the hotel restaurant.
Bed was just okay, I have slept in better ones in other Marriotts.
