Gaido's

Fodor's Review:

A Galveston landmark for almost 100 years, Gaido's offers the freshest, highest quality seafood, all prepared with family recipes. They still peel shrimp, shuck oysters, and filet fish the same way they've been doing it for four generations. Try the famous oyster platter, but get there early, since they don't take reservations. Similar fare can be found next door at their sister restaurant, Casey's.
