Fodor's Review:

This 20-story hotel has direct access to the sleek Galleria mall, which has an ice-skating rink, upscale dining, and more than 200 shops. The property was renovated in 2007 and early 2008, giving the guest rooms a contemporary look more in line with the mall. Rooms are light, with blond wood and white linens atop Westin's Heavenly Bed. The hotel sits at the busy intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and the LBJ Freeway. Pros: Access to shopping mall, central North Dallas location, ideal for families with children. Cons: If you want to leave the mall or its surrounding shopping centers, you'll need transportation.
